DAGGERS--forged.

PRINTING & DRAWING--(fine arts)

BREWING & VINTING--beer and mead; wine, distilled spirits, cordials.

COOKING-portable pocket feasts(must travel well), preserved foods (period method), smoking(as sausage), and cheese, hardtack,. etc.

METALWORK[--Helms, Body armor, weapons, non-armor casting and , other non-armor metalwork.

GAMES-darts,BOO,Nine Mans Morris,Pooch,

DOMESTIC SCIENCES--inks and dyes,Candlemaking, papermaking.

One of the primary fields of interest is research and recreation of the arts and sciences of the Middle Ages. Creation of "period" articles for both use and exhibition is encouraged and recorded for purposes of awards (so it's important to let your local Master/Mistress of Sciences/Arts know what you're up to). Teaching and learning form an essential part of the responsibilities of the Peers (especially Laurels); SCA'ers are usually continually learning new skills and passing on what they know already.
